Come along and watch a demonstration and try the Martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is a self defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds. All are welcome and you will meet the instructors from Mill Hill Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school NW4
